June 1964 photograph of Frank Ely and "Dad" with the Clean up Robin that those pictured constructed for the city of South El Monte. The Clean Up Robin was used in the city clean up campaigns and was a part of what was submitted in the National Achievement Award Entry for the City of South El Monte (Calif.) in 1964 and 1965.
